Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This policy covers lastr.fun and demo.lastr.fun. The LΛSTR event platform has its own privacy policy, published when the platform opens.
We collect as little as we can. We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we collect and why
When you fill in the "Host an event" form
We receive your name, email, organisation, organisation type and message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss running an event together.
When you email us
Emails sent to @lastr.fun addresses are forwarded to our inbox by our email forwarding provider. We use them only to reply to you.
When you visit the site
Our host, Cloudflare, records basic technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as your IP address and browser type.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across sites and only shows us aggregated numbers, such as page views and countries.
When you play the demo
The demo runs entirely in your browser. Your bids and results are never sent to us. Your browser remembers your theme and sound choice locally. You can clear that at any time in your browser settings.
Who processes your data for us
| Service | What it does | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, security, visit counts | Technical data, aggregated statistics |
| Google (Sheets and Apps Script) | Stores form submissions | Form fields |
| Google Fonts | Serves the site's fonts | IP address, browser type |
| ImprovMX | Forwards email sent to @lastr.fun | Emails and their content |
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and emails as long as we need them to talk with you about an event or partnership, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. Write to hello@lastr.fun and we'll answer within 30 days.
Children
This site is not aimed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
